i'm nervous!!

I'm moving yards with my boy on saturday morning (only had him a few months too) to be closer to my Dad so we can ride together more. I'm nervous though. What are your best tips for settling him in quickly? And what do I need to remember(he'll be on full livery still but obviously diff place equals diff routines etc??)?? And settling myself in to new place and people again too. I'm sad to leave current place but also really excited about new place, I just hope everything goes ok so I want to give it my best shot!!!

spend plenty of time with him over the first few days so that he's got someone/something familiar around him.
Keep to your routine
Get him out hacking unless he's off his food
Don't try to get much schooling done for the first couple of weeks.
Try to get him turned out (maybe on his own but where he can see others to start with)
