I'm new on here. A couple of friends are already on here and rate some of the advise that is given, so I thought I'd come and try it for myself!

Oh yeah, the horses!!!!

Well I don't seem to be having much luck with them.......

I have a VERY naughty, but very LOVABLE 13.2hh New Forest who is currently at a loan home(as I got too big!) I've had him 14years this Dec!

Then, I crazily brought a 4yo TB staight from the track and have had him 8years! Unfortunately after just about getting to Novice Level eventing my special boy went lame and after a year of investigation (and 10K in vets fees!) it was discovered that he had rotated pedal bones in BOTH back feet, kissing spine (and a bad case at that), damaged sacrilliac and to top it off splints in both front legs. It was decided that the kindest thing to do was retire him and the young age of 13. I was heartbroken....

So I brought a 4yo unbroken KWPN in Jan as a project to bring on to potentially be an event horse. All was going well, he was a dream to back, start riding and when we had our first lessons he was an absolute dream. However, he became naughty, trying to throw me off for no real reason and being reluctant to go forward. This was completely out of character and was now way just 'greenness' so I got vet out. Turns out the poor boy has had major head trauma resulting in a possibly fractured skull and damaged vertabre and possibly ligament/muscle damage too. This was only diagnosed this week so treatment is underway to try and get this lovely boy better so he can be the horse he has the potential to be.

Not sure how long ago it happened (but its definately not recent as its too set in) So fingers crossed please!!!!
So now I am borrowing a friends mares womb, and the rest of her! (crazy hey!) and am trying to breed a designer baby for me! 4th time of AI and hopefully she is pregnant (I think I deserve a little luck don't you!) We think there is a pregnancy, but until it is confirmed tomorrow afternoon I am not going to celebrate!!!!!!
