. Seriosuly, you will be fine. Why are you nervous?

I was the same as you! I started back in May last year after not riding for 5/6 years after losing me confidence. I felt so sick I nearly cancelled it! I was glad I didn't.
My instructor was great and had me started on the lunge and assessed my riding and then the adjustments began! I'd never been taught on the lunge before and it really helped. I'm still sticking at it and can just courses around 2'3'' and have done some cross country jumping.

Hey, leave The Hoff out of it!

I guess I'm nervous for loads of reasons. What if I do't like it? What if I've forgotten how to ride, or be around horses? What if I fall off?

ARGH!!

I'm back and in one piece!

Had a fabulous time, rode a lovely horse called Clyde and my instructor was excellent.

I've got a picture, but haven't worked out how to connect the camera to the pc yet, so that will have to wait.

Legs felt very wobbly when I got off.

Phew!
