We're moving up in the world 
Found a fantastic new yard so we're leaving our leaking stable and tackroom, waterlogged paddock and extortionately priced, poor quality hay. The new place has an indoor(!), huge outdoor with spot on drainage, walker (which I probably won't use but nice to have), wash room, solarium, max 5 horses per field and her stable will be in a little indoor barn with just one other pony so all cosy and warm undercover. Oh and a portacabin and toilet!!
I could scream with excitement! I'd got a little despondant lately and this is exactly what I/we needed.
