Im so happy

My pony is no longer lame. She has gel pads in her front feet (cost a fortune but never mind!)

She was worked for a week gently, but started to get too energetic so i increased the workload again... she coped really well, although i stayed in the school if i was doing anymore than a walk. but since shes had her gel pads, ive jumped her and ive cantered out and shes fab

only had one stop jumping last night, but that was my fault

she feels fab, and jumped out of her skin!

will be going showjumping on sunday and i cant wait... and then the training begins to get up to jumping affiliated

Good news With Gel pads loads of the riding school horses where I am have them, I know that if you find out her size you can buy them yourself and it works out a lot cheaper

we were going to have a full set of them - thank god we didnt the bill was £140 lol

she has the mesh underneath and gel on top; they cover her frog and just basically fill the whole of her foot making it flat; and they come out clear lol

ive never seen them like we have them. but i dont mind cos the farrier is a good one so dont question anything he does.

They are quite common on my yard just keep an eye on her frog sure farrier will anyway! Henry had them and it made his frog disintegrate weirdly!

yea the only thing about her frog being covered up, worried it would disintergrate; but he will be back in a few weeks so can check then lol
