i'm so upset vibes needed

hi there i no it's not my horse but my little cat was spayed at 6 months old about half a year ago and the vets had complications said they could only find one of the 2 uteren horns it was rare but quote "she cannot get pregnant"
Anyway had suspisions she was pregnant so took her to the vets yesterday to double check my incline and they confirmed yes she is so there must be the other uteren horn but is not plumed up proberly so if she has the kittens she would die as they would just be pushed into her abdomen, so had to take her in this morning as emergency operation to open her up remove the kittens but depending on if there suspision is right that it might be connected to a artry there wouldn't be anything more they could do. i am so upset she's my little baby and only just celebrated her 1st birthday. she is so little as well and im just praying she will be ok.
