Hello,

I'm Lotte, and I'm from The Netherlands.
My English language level is very, very bad.
So I think I would learn somemore from this forum...

But I don't understand almost nothing about this.
Maybe someone would be help me?

I'm a 18-years old girl and I have a Vanner Horse, her name is Kyra and her date of birth is 11 juni 2009.
I'd like to make pictures of her!

No, I do it by myself. Kyra is too young for riding or something, so I thought other things to do with her, and she likes running and standing to look around. Aslo we walk together on the moor.

Great pictures! I wish I could take photos like that!! She's really is gorgeous and obviously loves having her picture taken lol. I've always liked the 'gypsy' horses :D

Please, tell us more about her! How long have you had her for? What are your plans with her? Is she your first horse? Only horse? :)

I ride on her mother before, but she death May last year, I think she had colic...

I think your English is excellent. I think its great that you have joined a English speaking forum. I hope it helps you.
 
I have bought Lady en Kyra when Kyra was 4 months, October 2009. Lady died May 2010, so I have Kyra only. But I friend of my have a Gypsy and she is pregnant, so she can't ride on her horse, so I allowed to do. But I find Kyra better!

When she is old enough, I would ride with her on the moor, like I did with her mam. But her movements are very good, I think, so maybe I'll ride with her on concours. I like jumping and endurance.

But, Eh, I like it to hear something about you and your horses too!
 
Oh how sad, colic is a horrible thing for a horse to get. Kyra definitely looks a lot like her mum, at least you have something special to remember her by!

Your English to me seems fine, I can understand what you're saying, yes you've made a few mistakes but nothing major
Example - where you said "but she death May last year", should be "but she died May last year"
There are many other words people use for 'death' but I think 'died' is the correct term there.

It's mainly how you word your sentences which is where you're getting mixed up but I think you are doing very well in your English :)

Is Kyra wearing her mothers headcollar?

I love the photo's, you have captured her personality so well. I am very fond of Traditional Coloured Cobs, one of my horses is a piebald heavy weight cob, very hairy !
Your English is good, I'm sure you will improve by using the forum.Your mistakes are minor.
'I ride on her mother before' should be ' I rode on her mother before' or 'I used to ride her mother before'.

'She came from England 11 years before' rather than 'She comes from England 11 years before'

'Did I made errors ?' should be 'Did I make errors ?'

Don't worry about it though, much better to join in and enjoy the forum.:)

Thanks for the improvements. I like it very much to talk about horses (specially Gypsy), but I want to improve my English too, so I'm happy when you'll correct me if I'm wrong!

Lady looked like great fun, Kyra looks like she has loads of personality too.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Your horses are stunning. I'm so sorry you lost Lady but it's nice that you have Kyra.
Your photos are amazing I wish I could take photos like that. Also I think your english is very good. (Please ignore mine, don't try to learn from it i'm Dyslexic)

I used to have a lovely mare called Lucy.

She was my best friend in the whole world and we did everything together. Dressage, Jumping, showing, endurance but sadly she died in July of a very very rare illness. :(

Now I have Herbie.

If you see any of my posts about him you will see I often call him Horrid. He is a problem pony and can be very naughty sometimes. But he is getting better all the time. :)

He is mainly for my boyfriends children to ride. He is very sweet and i'm quite fond of him.
