I'm seem to be on the hunt for the impossible! Having searched the internet on most sites I have drawn a blank for what I would think was quite common!
so if anyone fancies horse searching for me feel free!
16. 2-17 hh
8-14 yrs
any colour
gelding
any breed except tb unless a very chunky one
not a competition horse or a world better just a friend
nice to do
hack alone and in company safely
able to do low level dressage
no need to jump
must be sound and healthy and open to vet
no vices but could cope with weaving at feed time.
In the south
budget.. no more than 3. 5 k

It's a buyers market! Go in at a silly price and you can always work up from there. There was a post on here about being cheeky when negotiating prices of horses but I'd rightly or wrongly happily go and see a 3k horse and have no intentions of paying that if I knew the owner was desperate to get rid. Just recently I know of somebody who looked at a horse up for 7k, there was a lot wrong with it, so offered them 2k and they accepted. I've frequently halved prices of horses and ponies before, negotiated back up and paid about 60% of the original asking price. Go for it, be brave, be cheeky and good luck!
