improvements to yard

i might be moving from a yard with hot/cold water, nice beds, secure tack room, big arena ect to a farm nearby however the stables arnt as big or nice and only 1 tackroom for whole yard (quite small + gather in there for warmth so not enough room for all!)

if i moved down there i would like to improve my area a bit eg use brease(duno how to spell it) blocks to block off a little tack room/storage for hay/bedding as big barn is in full use (i would be geting last stable there so there is only a tiny amount of room left + i like space ha) owner would let me do this as other people have before

has anyone done this when moving on a yard/own land? if so what improvements did you make and how?

Would there be room next to your end stable to put a small/medium garden shed? If the YO gives you permission to put one there it would be an easy way to get a storage area.

Ooo yes, reminds me of a yard I used to be at, not much storage so everyone got their own little shed..... looked like a row of rustic beach-huts! Kept feed bins, rugs, grooming kit etc in them.
