Tripped over a rubber mat in Dizzy's arable. Turned, falling on right wrist which I bent backwards in the process.*

Cue much blacking out, nausea and sweating.*

Now in A&E trying not to pass out.*

I am indeed speshul...

I hear your pain! I am currently in plaster with a broken scaphoid bone, which I did falling down the stairs a week ago, However went flat on my face in a stable yesterday tripping over a mat! just managed not to land on my bad side!

Oh, bless your specialness! Hope you heal up quickly, take whatever painkillers they offer and ask for omeprazole to counteract any nasty NSAIDS!

You are quite clearly over matted and are do not have the experience to walk on your mat safely. I would suggest that you sell it immediately and replace it with a 20 year old matt that has a lot of experience in helping its owners not fall over it. ;)

Seriously though - hope you are all healed up soon.

Typical, jump to blaming that mat without having full facts.....

I think it maybe a shoeing issue, lack of sensitivity, if you pulled the shoes then you would of felt the mat and wouldn't of fallen over it.

Sending healing vibes, hope you haven't done anything to horrific to yourself.

Ouch ouch poor you:(

I really hope it is just a sprain (sounds a bit too painful though:()

Good ((((vibes)))) for a really quick recovery x

It is well known on here that Mrs M has a bad back - has this been checked recently - and what has she been eating - when did she last see the dentist?

To me this sounds like a dental/back/feed related problem and if she had been on a high fibre, low sugar diet, with regular dental checks she obviously would not have fallen down.

Hope things are not too bad x
