Is there such a thing? Someone to help me (and Bear) with in hand lateral work, pole work etc to keep us on track and make sure we are doing things correctly...
Is Diane Thurman-Baker that way? She is very good at in-hand work!
Ditto question for Cheshire/Staffs/Derbyshire corner please.
Also, any books recommended?

He does lessons at my yard. I’ve always been too scared to get a lesson with him as he always sounds very stern!not sure how accessible Bury Farm is for you, Simon Battram (website is Step Into Dressage) is based there, he does clinics in various locations too.
simon?! He's such a nice bloke. I took my weird welsh to him, had a few in hand and also ridden lessons, and also rode my nutty WB. He was really nice. and always has polos for good ponies. He does lessons at my yard. I’ve always been too scared to get a lesson with him as he always sounds very stern!
He made a fellow livery cry who is normally pretty hard! But then other people at the yard love him and have lessons every couple of weeks. I’m happy with my instructor so not actually tried him myself.simon?! He's such a nice bloke. I took my weird welsh to him, had a few in hand and also ridden lessons, and also rode my nutty WB. Crikey. He struck me as far more gentle than my usual trainer!
