shes pretty!!! I am assuming (not sure as not aware of regs regarding this breed) you would show HER natural, so no plaits, nice sparklingly clean flowing mane and tail, and obv sparkling as close to white as she can be!!

You, Shirt, tie, show jacket (check regs of the society as whether should be a black/blue show jacket or a tweed one), normally inhand is shown in trousers (being grey you should prob wear black or dark blue trousers so her legs stand out against yours when running) and just easy shoes to run in (I use my jod boots as they are comfy easy and I am comfortable in them around horses but your choice but must be smart, clean etc) I doubt you would be marked down for jods, jod boots and clips, but trousers just give a more pro and slightly smarter appearance

You should wear a hat, either a showing riding hat (velvet pref with flesh straps) or a beagler, or in hand hats kind of look like flat leather...... almost cowboy hats..... sure someone on here will be able to provide a picture for you!

Your hair should be neatly in a hair net in a bun (if in a riding hat) or just neatly prepared is wearing a normal hat.

She is a really stunning horse so so long as she is sparkling and you both clean up well sure you will do great!!

O also........
in hand bridles are for youngsters. I get the impression your mums horse is not this, so use her normal bridle, sparkling clean again, preferably with a double bit/pelham in, so has double reins.....
