This is my new boy!!
16HH registered Irish Draft

I think he would be best suited to Hunter classes but its been over 20 years since i did a showing class as mainly showjumped my last horse and i am very nervous and out of touch!
Can i wear the same clothes for the in hand classes as for the ridden??
What is the correct attire for in hand???

can my horse be shown in a Normal bridle or does it need to be an in hand bridle?

Also.....if there a specific colour i need to wear?? I have a navy hat with cream jodphurs and shirt and a tie but can i have a green jacket with blue trim or does it have to be brown with blue trim??

Any suggestions greatly appreciated as as you can tell i am not really in the know lol

Thankyou!!

he looks a lovely type, i am also in the same boat as you just got a 4 year old ID x TB hoping to do some light work hunter classes etc with him
In hand classes you are fine just in your normal bridle and the same clothes as your riding ones are fine, cream/beige jods with your tweed jacket.
Good luck with him

Ah lovely, my last boy was ID x TB!!

My new boy is just turned 6 and never been to the showground before so think i will try with the in hand and see how we go.... plenty of time!!!

Good luck with yours too!!
