I've finally got around to taking some pics of Louis whilst he's at home for his holidays before he goes back to Henriette's (promised this ages ago lol). So here's Louis chilling at home -

It's lovely having him home and being able to handle such a fabulous dressage horse up close - nothing better than giving him a good brush!!!
 
Interesting to see his down time pics! What's the story with him - did you buy him to be an owner or did he just turn out to be a superstar that needed a top rider to bring out his potential?
 
Thanks for everyone's lovely comments. He's owned by my YO - Paula Potter - who bought him off Henriette when he was younger. She competed him in the lower levels then passed the ride back to Henriette for the higher levels. He comes home every now and again for a holiday and is a little saint - you'd never pick him out as a Grand Prix dressage horse at all.
He's had Paula's granddaughter on him today who's tiny and he went round the yard like a little lamb.
He's an absolute star and we're all very proud of him, I spose when we muck him out at home we feel we're part of it all hehe!!
Hoping with all fingers and toes crossed that he'll be shortlisted for 2012!!!
