hi, i need a competition name for my boy and my imagination isnt the best so was wandering if you lovely people could help?! :D

hes a 16.2 bay TB, stable name of FREDDIE!

i dont want to use his racing name for unaffiliated stuff because i want something catchy and his racing name is a bit dull shall we say!! (its colonna lecca - for anyone who wants to know!) obviously if/when i affiliate i will use his racing name as thats whats on his passport but for local sj and odes and xc's id rather not!:p

so come on people amaze me with your ideas!!! :p it doesnt have to have anything to do with his stable or racing name, ive just entered in for a local ode and my friend asked me what to put is name down as i said 'oh put anything, i duno freddo will do' so she named him CALL ME ANYTHING! not sure i like it!!

heres a pic of the nerd! :D (sorry its big!)

At unaffliated stuff I usually just out my yards name first, so he would be Broomhill's Freddie, if he was at mine. Or what about "Simply Freddie"

the farm name wouldnt really work for me (i live at hawkes farm) so hawkes freddie doesnt quite work!

i was thinking along the lines of freddie krueger :p or fearless freddie :D (although i know someone on here already has that name and i dont want to steal it!)

my mum suggested cadburys freddo???

i just want something that the commentators will laugh at!! :D my last horse was called loopy lu! :D

I think "Hawkes Farm Freddie" is ok?

Or "Fun Time Freddie"

Or "Nuts and Bolts"- that might get a laugh

I had a 16.2 bay TB called Freddie and his BE registered name was Freddie Steady Go!

I also gave Steady Freddie as an alternative as that was what I could be heard shouting as we went cross country!

And whats wrong with the name I gave him. you wouldn't tell me what to book him in as, and you should know by now not to tell me to call him whatever, that was just too tempting :p I could of put something a lot worse so I could have had a right laugh when you went round :D

Colonna is the name of a famous &important old Italian noble family. Lecca is a place in Italy. Maybe play on the Italian connection to his racing name? 'Frederico' would be an easy Italian version of his own name?

My friend's boyfriend wants a horse called either Fire or Heat so the commentators would say Joe Bloggs on Fire!
