Basically, they are complimentary treatments as opposed to the hit it with a hammer technique. I used to have a smashing chap called Harry, an ex jockey from New market, and I suppose he was more of a chiropractor for horses and would put things back that had perhaps come out or become misaligned. The other 2 I've mentioned are far more gentle methods. Depends what you think is wrong with your horse, as to which method would perhaps solve the problem
