What kind of prices are you looking to pay?
You can buy brand new for pittance sometimes. One of my full neck heavy weight winter turn out rugs was 12 pounds new, 12 pounds postage off ebay, so all in all 24pounds, (sorry i have no pound sign on my laptop, its a nightmare!) anyway can give you seller name if you want it, i buy from them again and again as i cannot afford expensive brand name rugs

Puss_in_Boots I would love it if you could PM me their name. I am currently looking for a seller I used a few years ago, bought a heavy weight rug for under £30, brand new because it was unbranded.
I have seen some for around £40 on ebay, I will buy some of those if I don't come across anything else, but just trying to hunt around to see if I can actually pick up something a bit cheaper.

If your anywhere near Hutchinson Feeds at Horbury Bridge, Wakefield, they stock mostly Shires and are selling loads of new rugs at really good prices, Some Turnouts, medium weights at around £40 last time I knew. Fleeces for a pittance and stable rugs cheap if you need any.

I too got a bargain turnout rug on ebay. £12 p&p and £9.20 for the rug and i think its the same as 1st post. Love mine to bits gonna buy the big lad one this week.

how is your horse trashing his rugs? naughty boy. my expensive rugs are still going strong after 11 years so have worked out cheap! my cheaper rugs havent done so well and worked out more expensive in the long run. buy the highest denier you can as much more robust. and no barbed wire in an ideal world.
