In the doghouse!

Knew it would happen one day, but didn't expect the outcome to be quite so bad! Maisie and her friends love playing chase, and always seem to be totally unaware of their humans getting in their way. So last night she well and truly bashed into me, but my ankle somehow managed to go the wrong way......ouch, ouch, ouch

Now have a hugely swollen foot and leg, very painful to walk and have no idea how I'm going to get a shoe on! Have had to put my horse on full livery, and am just hoping I can manage to walk the couple of mins it takes to get to the fields, where I can just let Maisie off the lead for a run round.

Have had plenty of horse related injuries in my time, but a doggy one is a first for me Anybody else got similar stories??

My big dog ran straight into the back of my legs in the woods: I had no idea why I was on the ground!

You have my sympathies. I'm suffering at the moment as I had 2 dogs run into the side of my knee on Wednesday night. Knee like a football and limping for England.

Mine came flying down a woodland path, slipped and sent me flying into a muddy puddle! Not injured but also not impressed!

Ooh Goya, that doesn't sound good Hope it's a bit better now.

Trouble is I live on my own, so am not helping matters by having to walk Maisie, now it's the weekend am going to phone a friend to see if she can come over, really need to rest my leg, swollen from toes to halfway up my calf.

Also getting bored, plus haven't seen my horse since thurs morning

Ouch, hope you injured folks soon recover. Two GSD pups (around 6 months old) ran into the back of my mums legs, broke her leg in 2 places and she was in plaster for 2 months!

Thank you. Yes, it is improving each day. Mind you pain killers are helping a lot. I still managed to go to Flyball yesterday with OH's help.

I also need a brain transplant as I put my extra comments in the reason for editing instead of here.
Have you had your injusy checked? I'd advise it if not.
