I have never posted this before and do so reluctantly as it distresses me to see it.
Here is a short video of my pony F suffering just before his first scoping.
He had Grade 2 squamous ulcers.
He is now fine after Omeprazole and Sucralfate and 2 scopings.
We think moving home when I bought him caused them. He now lives somewhere else and is as happy as Larry.

sorry, excuse my ignorance if this is related to another thread, but how did you know this was ulcer related twitching (I didn’t realise that was a symptom) and not fly related? Just interested to learn more
I have other longer videos, too big to load, of greater flicker spasms.
I have never seen flickers start behind the ear, run down the neck, be able to be felt under your leg on the saddle and be visible behind the saddle that were caused by a fly.
Also he began flickering in November and December.
The fascia I am told are linked all over the body and apparently react to pain.
There were other symptoms too but none were ‘classic’ ulcer signs.
When he flickers now for a fly it is short and the distance covered on his body is very small.
