A couple of weeks ago I was bemoaning the weather saying why won't it rain the ground really needs it................and now I'm bored of the rain and want the sunshine back

It's the same everywhere. I spent five years longing for rain and green and trees and rivers. After a year here I am thinking, yeah, all very pretty but I want the all year sunshine back now please. Maybe I'll have to buy a holiday place up here for the summer and go back to the south for the rest of the year!!

We have practically had 2 weeks of solid rain varying from drizzle to monsoons.

To say I'm sick of it is an understatement, we haven't ridden for 2 weeks now and are dying to ride again. When it's not raining inbetween the showers we have gale force winds...
