Hi all,
I dont post on breeding very often, so please bare with me!!
Im interested in a 12.2 shp 4yo mare being sold with a free cover to Greenbarrow Mr Smee, who stands at Sandboro stud. The mare is owned by the stud, and has done conty level showing in hand, so is obv a fair stamp (although I havent yet seen her).
Basically Im thinking that as well as being company for my cob, I would break the mare into harness and show her in private driving classes, having a couple of foals off her too.
What sort of price would you think was reasonable to pay for a nice SHP mare and covering to a very nicely bred stallion? His sire is Rothwood Peter Pan, dam Greenbarrow Midnight Air. He was 2001 Cuddy supreme reserve (i think Ive read that right!!!)
