info wanted on 15.2 bay mare with wonky leg.

I am looking for any infomation on a 15.2hh bay mare who is approx 14 years old. she has a star ond stripe with the stripe going to the left of her nose and a small white sock on her nearside front leg. she also has a slight twist to her leg just below her fetlock.

She was thought to have come from Dartford tom in kent ( Dealer) 2 years ago.

she is a very sweet mare and i would love to know more about her.
