Any help is appreciated immensley.
I have just recently purchased a section B colt foal who i get once he has been weaned and would like to show him. However on looking at pictures from shows theres two types of inhand slips the 'normal' filly slips and the bitless bridle slips. I was wondering if anyone could help in terms of which is more correct and where i could get one from new or second hand cheap enough that would last the foal shows before showing him in a bit as a yearling.
Thanks in advance

the bitless bridle slips are called filly slips

The others I think you mean are standard foal slips

the filly slip is correct, it will be tricky to find a cheap one small enough. Ascot which is the budget range from Dever do a lovely small pony size one, my two year old has just outgrown his brand new one (for sale...) but I suspect it will be too big for a foal

Section B aren't usually shown in white halters but this would be a cheap alternative for local shows

Fylde will make one to measure but it wouldn't be cheap! Plas Equestrian do a mini Shetland size and shouldn't be as expensive, they deal with a mainly Welsh pony/cob market so are worth a call

I shall have a look at the ascot ones and also ring plas equestrian. I've had a look on fylde but they only to make the filly slips that look like the head collars.
Thanks for your help :)
