Is it a thing? Dressage tests either in hand or preferably in long lines. Trying to think of an active future for bucking pony. He is great on the ground and my skills are improving, I need to compete in someway if I can find an outlet.

Bedfordshire Indoor Carriage Driving Group are accepting (and actively encouraging!) entries for long reining this winter (October to March) - they're based at Turvey, Bedfordshire. ICD (www.indoordriving.co.uk) have designed a dressage test to be done in half of a 50mx20m arena, mostly in walk. The bonus to this being that you can also long rein round the cones and obstacles during the day, for something a bit different :)
(Careful though, you might get addicted and decide to take up actual driving, it's great fun ;))
