I have a youngster, quarter morgan quarter warmblood and half tb, she is 10months old and a bright bay, im looking to do some inhand showing this season and need some help.

i was going to do inhand 3 years and under and wanted to know:
i) bridle or halter?
ii) and what to wear?

also because of her breeding she is quite fine, so was looking to do inhand 3 year and under riding horse and again wanted to know the same as above and whether it differs...

this is only a local show..thanks

Hi hob :)

I would show her in a nice leather filly slip without a bit.

For you, pale coloured trousers to contrast against her dark legs (I'm assuming she hasn't got 4 white legs as you said bay), tweed jacket with shirt and tie. I think a navy velvet riding hat is a good idea with babies and looks smart. Don't forget brown gloves and a cane.

Have a lovely time! Do you have any pictures? She sounds very nice.
