My welshies first inland show is in two weeks. The venue tends to be slippy wet grass not what you need running with a D! I don't want to ho arse over tit !!! I have jod boots but they arnt very good on grass plus there awkward to run in!
What do you run in and what looks smart. Toying with yhd idea of a discreet pair dark trainers. Will be wearing dark brown cords, cream shirt and yellow tie with gold yellow tattdrstall waistcoat. Boy will be in his inland bridle.

I used to wear dark brown leather climbing boots. Summers in scotland always tended to be very wet when I was out showing. The boots kept my feet warm, dry protected from youngsters feet and upright.

Just check the small print in schedule, as ditto the trainers with Welsh, but some shows won't allow them.
We have found Ariats, in that case, are good.
