Apologies if this has done the rounds on here before - I haven't seen it on here so I thought I'd share it...

One for the native riders and aspiring dressage types without the posh warmblood:

It's not perfect, for sure, but you don't see many haffies doing this!

What a little cuteness! OK, so not going to be troubling the top echelons; but what a dude! And beautifully ridden too.

Have just arrogantly announced on facebook that me and Fergs will do it better. Feel free to flame me for failing in a few years :D

Wow - love it :)

One day...if only. So nice to see something that isn't a warmblood at the higher levels - wish it wasn't such a rarity

Lovely!
I took my fell mare out to an unaff' dressage recently and was very looked down on by all the people on their 16hh posh horses. (we got 63.91% so not too shabby) I was feeling quite dis heartened till I saw that video, thankyou!

Awesome :) I'm on a mission to turn my connie into a superstar dressage pony as I would love, just once, for my hairy native to beat all the posh horses! He's agile, forward going, very clever and reasonably level headed, I'm hoping that's enough

That makes me happy :-)

I cannot stress this enough.... HAFFIES RULE OK!

I don't know how to do any of that stuff, but now we've started lessons and have got going my haffy is catching on surprisingly quick... One day!

I love those one tempi changes - I know him moving his back end from one side to the other during them is not correct, but it has so much personality it should be. And god that tail is too die for
