instructions for pessoa settings?

Hi, I popped my horse in a pessoa today for the first time, but only walked around for a minute or so before taking it off. I know how to fit it, but I'm not quite sure about the setting of it. (I had it on the loose today). Can anyone send me a link for Pessoa settings or instructions, as mine didn't come with any instructions or anything!
