I am organising a dressage clinic and someone has very kindly offered the use of their indoor school, free of charge, (I understand that the school is not normally used by anyone else). The owner has however said that we need to provide insurance.
The trainer on the clinic has full public liability cover and I cannot be sure as to whether individual riders have cover.
I have enquired about cover for the venue but the insurance company has said they can't cover it as we have no vested interest in the school.
Can anyone advise me as to where we stand legally on this.
Thanks
