Insurance advice please

as far as i know they dont insure to a very high price for vet bills.

try seib - south essex insurance brokers.

or shearwater - they cover hospitalisation costs for your horse aswell and i think with them you can choose your vet cover insurance, anything from £1000 - £5000

you'l find them both through a search engine online!
 
petplan give you £5k in vets bills which I thought was the highest?
The other companies tend to only give up to £3k in vets bills

Pet plan are very good, but I found them expensive, and changed to NFU years ago, and they are totally brilliant, I insure my ponies, my trailer and my car with them.
 
I've always been with NFU & never had any problem with them. They are easy to deal with & are prompt payers.

Yeah got quotes from both of them. NFU way too dear plus won't insure veteran pony for vets bills after the age of 15. Pet plan insure for vet bills up to age of 19 and don't seem too unreasonable. Thanks folks.
 
pet plan are great have had a few claims in the past and they have paid out straight away no problems and as dedradley has already said they also cover the veterans
 
been with NFU for years, numerous horses, numerous claims big and small, they r v prompt and straightforward cant recommed them highly enough!!!!
