Why cant the calim forms be just a little easier to fill in!
They want to know when the horse was first registered with my vets i have no idea other than beg of last year. also-
what time was injuary/ illness first noticed i can only just work out the date (it was a squiggie swelling though was minnor turns out its not!!). and-
when was vet first contacted and visted- normally not difficult to answer but was unofficially looked at a vacs so is this the first visit/ contact????
and then they want photocopy of passport guess just the silloet?
and they want full clinical history from vets (fair enough)
and a recipt of purches dont haveoeof theses!!!!??
i have filled out quite a few of these over the years but they just seem to be getting worse to fill out! or is it just me??? ok rant over
