insurance companies

ive got a new boy coming next week to replace a loan horse, this horse is not on loan but all mine!!!
just want t o know the best insurance company as the last horse i had was with pet plan, but just wondered on everones opinions, would also like to know the ones to be a bit wary of.

I use Amtrust, they are brilliant!

just been on the Amtrust website, never heard of them before, but very reasonable prices with excellent cover!

I've heard that Petplan are good so why not stick with them if you're happy with them. I've always used NFU Mutual - they're similar price wise I think but might be worth having a look to compare

Most of the companies advertising horse insurance are all fine but E & L. have received more adverse posts than any other company mentioned on the forum. So it's up to you to decide....I'm with NFU, they aren't always the cheapest but I've never had any problem with any claim I have made.
