Are vets allowed to charge for completing insurance claim forms? None of the practices I've worked in do!! I was hoping to claim for my horses recent abcess but by the time I pay the excess and then the £30 fee for the vet to fill out the form it's not worth bothering .

My vets charge
£14.50 if it's fora small animal claim and £40 if it's a large animal claim!
