Hey, does anyone know how much yard insurance is, looking at insurance for a yard with 40 horses, full, DIY, staff and owner horses, will be teaching aswell.

Try Shearwater for yard insurance - they can do livery yards, riding schools, combined businesses, etc. They quoted me when I thought about taking over a yard but it was a while ago and much smaller so wouldn't have any idea of price for yours.
