Interested in House share with three stables near tunbridge Wells?

My partener and I have found this sweet house between lamberhurst and tunbridge wells, kent. It has four bedrooms, dining room, sitting room, kitchen, bathroom, shower room, outdoor menage 2 acres, 3 stables and a hay/straw barn.

We are both quiet, tidy people with full time jobs and have been renting flats for 3 years in Jan. My horse is a 15.2hh 8 yr old TB. I own a poly jump combi block and training block.
