So as said in my post yesterday had my niece with me today helpin with the horses, i hav fracturd my elbow so wasnt the easiet thing to juggle all 3.

Told her mum to put her in old clothes n she turns up in designer clothes :rolleyes: 5 minutes bein in the padock she is on her hands n knees pretendin to be a horse n wallowin in the mud, it was all in her hair. After tht got borin she helped me groom most of which was spent strokin Mav's tash n fillin em full of polos (nt tht they complained).

Had a quick lead round on Mav (mud now dryin) even did abt of trottin lovin every second befor deciding it was a good time to throw a hunger based tantrum. Decided she wanted to eat her lunch sittin in the mud by the gate before smearin it all on the cream interior of my car.

Handed her back over to a very cross mum n am now knackered, dont know how women do it.

Mum might be cross but bet niece loved her day!
 
Luckily for you if you ever wanted to be paid for babysitting I'm sure the ladies/your fan club on here would let you look after them for the day ;)

Hey' i did a good job, even tho at times i did feel like tyin her to a fence n leavin her there :D

wen i was a kid my best memories r on a back of a horse tearin round fields, she was gigglin all the way round nd told her mum she wants a pony for christmas haha!
 
For a moment, I misread it was your niece...I'd skim read you saying about your mum at the start and ended up thinking you were on about her in the mud!


Thankfully, I re-read it. But had to share my stupid-ness!!!!! :p


Sounds like you have a keen little helper from now possibly!

Haha ! shes not that mental yet ;) did try an turn the tele over with a phone the other week tho :D
 
cream and mud brown are a good combination!!!! esp. with hand prints :) a unique car interior.
and you had/have non-frozen mud???.....good job most clothes can be washed (and small children to!)

Yeh the horses have been standin in it all night i think nd it was squishyy so she decided to amke it worse by wallowin in it

I bought my nephew some riding boots etc which I keep at my house as I got fed up with my sister moaning that he ruins his trainers in the mud here. Kids seem to find even the smallest patch of mud and then fall in.
Mind you it's a slippery slope I started by buying him boots and now have a pony on loan for him too ;0) How long before you add a little pony for your niece to your gang?
 
Been raining all day here so yard is full of mud & horse****, managed to persuade my 6yr old to stay at gran's while I did the horses or it would've been EVERYWHERE

at least some1 had a good day lol this morning racing was complete and utter crap think i picked the wrong race to go to :mad:, ill pm you the video for it tell me what you recon
this afternoon got the 6 month old to lift all her feet, hope she does the same tomorrow :)

muppets blocking horses with the motors no wonder the sport gota bad name dont think any the cars blocking drive/race themselves its bad sportsmanship relisticly they should of just forfeited the race


the 2nd vid i should have gone to instead and it was closer to home as well.

Can I ask you a question lee about trotters please , I have been told my lad has a good sire means sod all to me , but would be interested to know his sires name is Milord boko
