Another here, who agrees with the theme of it, and would suggest that the writer, and I may very well be wrong here, has had some success with one or two dogs, and suddenly has all the answers. They wont be the first, nor the last, however well intentioned.

Alec.

My OH will agree with the "rescues" should close their doors and "let the chaos begin" then maybe things would get done, when dogs are literally spilling into the streets.

As suggested he sounds angry and is ranting (and this is appartently the claim he is trying to get over about others/rescues) the irony:rolleyes:
He also mocks the word "rescue" yet by his user name, he is one:confused: unless im reading into that wrong as I read pretty fast (there was alot to read)

He also missed opportunities to bring up some very good points and not just basic info.

I was struggling to understand what she (he?) was on about, especially in the second half, although I think I agree with some of the sentiments. Rescuing dogs is a tough business and requires the head to rule the heart sometimes for the sake of the greater good.
