My horse is so moody - He's practically a mare!
I had a lesson today, and it was pretty windy, and Ozzers decided, before we'd even started, that he was going to be naughty x_x he was prancing around, whinnying, squealing and making other stupid noises, and after the first canter he'd wound himself up so much that when I gave aids for another canter, (after loads of soothing trotting) he stuck his head between his knees and galloped up the long side, throwing in at least three good bucks... I almost flew off the front
Managed to get his head up before we crashed into the fence though, and stopped him after a few seconds... after that, my instructor said maybe that was enough cantering for the day
so we worked on trot circles and a couple of leg yields... oh well, at least i stayed on...
my friend was taking photos... she didn't get any of the incident, but they show the sort of mood he was in. usually he's pretty relaxed, i think the wind got up his bum
we don't work him in an outline because he's too unbalanced...
