Not really a rant or anything just a bit of a giggle.

We have someone at our yard that always has to bitch about someone behind there back, I don't know whether its cos she likes the drama or she likes to feel in control of the yard gossip?

Her newest moan to one of the yards gossips is - instead of putting our haylage in haynets we have been putting it on the floor in our horses stables and for some bizarre reason she thinks that this is bad for the horses (yes I know they eat it slightly faster) Whats it to do with her anyway? Village idiot lol.......

You should just thank her for her concern and point out that you have owned your horse for X years and know by now that he prefers to eat from the floor - that it is better for his digestion and that you don't think haynets are safe in case they get a hoof stuck or something.

she hasn't mentioned it to me directly, she always mentions it to someone else and you here through the grapevine... Its nothing drastic... she says my horses are out of control which I laugh at seeming there only 2 and a half and I lead them everywhere in a headcollar! ( No Vices needed) I am going to bite soon enough though as fed up with it!

Every yard has one - it's compulsory - but if you keep smiling through the rubbish bits, occasionally they do come up with something sensible or even a gem of a idea/answer, at which point you should congratulate them hugely and loudly on their knowledge and wisdom at which point they'll get off your back

Putting food on the ground, where horses feed from naturally, is obviously a travesty. Give this woman a Nobel Prize... lol.

I'd laugh to myself about her ignorance but I smile and nodd and these kind of people in person... and then proceed to do absolutely nothing that comes out of their mouths! lol.

She's at it again! Had a moohhaassive go at me last night because she wants a field all to herself and doesn't want to share one, when I mentioned to the YO about the situation YO is happy with all the horses where they are at the moment, as we are maximizing resting 4 fields instead of only resting 3.

She complains about her dad feeding the whole yard at the weekend in the morning as getting up at 5.30am Mon-Frid takes its toll... He doesn't have to do it!! I thought it was a general rule on the yard that whomever is up first feeds not as if he has 30 horses to do there's only 5 in.

Had enough of her rude abbrasive behaviour, she calls her 7 year old who rides the pony a Spastic if she is not doing as she is told ending up with poor child crying and having NO self confidence....

Ggggrrrrr where the hell does this lady know where to get off????

she sounds like a horrid woman saying that to a child !!!!! I have seen stuff like this its not nice. If I were you when you get chance say something really nice to the poor child like how well you think their riding is coming on, you would be suprised how much it will help the child

as for the other stuff well she is obviously a very unhappy woman who is a complete pain in the butt!! At least you have YO on your side, some of the posts on here the YO is somehow bullied or what ever into being on the stupid persons side, then it really is hard

Chin up and smile, btw you are so lazy not putting your hay in a net
