Hi I have a few questions really my horse has been diagnosed with an injury to his interosseous ligament at the top. First question is -is this the same as suspensory ligament looking at pictures on the internet I think it might be.
Second question is does anyone have any experience with a similar injury ? What was your time frame for recovery and treatment plan?
My horse injured himself during a fall 8 weeks ago now he has had 3 shockwave treatments 2 weeks apart a tildren injection and platelet rich plasma treatment . So far we can see little inorovement but my vet says sometimes it can be 8-10 weeks before improvement is seen. Just looking for any similar experiences please
