Interview For A Big Livery Yard - What Q's Should I Ask??

Hi All

I have an interview for a livery yard - head girl.

What questions do you think I should ask...I always get home and think "I should have ask that"

How many horses you will look after, opportunities for riding, further training, yard rules, how long other members of staff have worked there, who would be you immediate boss, hours, days off, salary. Plus a lot more!

why the job is vacant- i.e. why last person left. i always try to find out about staff turnover. also what the livery clients are like

As well as questions about the job itself, I'd probably want to ask questions that I would want answered if I were looking at a livery yard as a potential client. So as well as details of the clientele, I'd want to know about things like worming programme, whether or not there is anyone on site overnight - etc. etc. If you wouldnt' be happy keeping your horse there, would you want to work there?
