Intro B Dressage Test (Walk & Trot)

I'm doing this test in a couple of weeks & have ordered the test from BD but not yet arrived & I need it for my lesson tonight.. have spoken to BD & they said they can't email a copy so if it doesn't come by Wednesday to ring them again. If anyone has this test could they let me know? Would be very grateful.
