Introduced my pony to jumps yesterday - video!

My little pony hasn't done anything yet, so I thought I'd take him up to the school and attempt teaching him to lunge. He was suprisingly quick at learning! Soon had him walk, trot and standing on the lunge! I then thought I'd do a bit of free schooling and introduce him to poles just for some fun for him. Happily trotted over the poles. Put the poles up to a little cross jump. Didn't even bother jumping it, just trotted over. So each time round I raised the jump and made it a straight. I didn't want to push him too much with it being his first time, but he thought it was great fun and seemed to find it all a breeze!!

So this was the last one he did. And here's the video. I think he might be a good little jumper in the future. What do you think?

Definitely won't push him too far too soon :)

That pony continues to surprise me. He is so fab and adorable! A very good buy me thinks :)
