Introducing a new food to a puppy

Only a couple of weeks left until we pick up our puppy!

Currently he's on James Wellbeloved Puppy Kibble, mixed with Butchers puppy meat but they'll be weaned off the meat and just be on kibble by the time he comes home.

I want to feed him on Wainwright's puppy meat (and I already have some pouches ready for his arrival). How do I wean him from one food to the other? Some places say stop one food and start the next the next day. Others say to mix the two together...

Answers on a postcard on what would be best for his digestion, I'm not too keen on feeding kibble as I feel it's quite processed (my end goal is for him to be eating RAW).

Don't cut out one and give another, feed the meat in with the kibble you are given until you are eventually feeding more of your new food and less of the old you are phasing out over a weekly period.
The rawsters on here feed the raw very young so you could prob start that straight away unless you want to do the wainwright stuff first.
