Can anyone recommend any schooling exercises that I can use to introduce flying changes? Thanks

i just started to do lots of figure eights in canter work and H just started doing changes with that, not really my intention but he seemed fine about it so we carried on!

is this for jumping or dressage?
if the former, you can have a more freestyle approach, because it doesn't have to happen exactly when/where you want it, you want the horse to think for itself and do them where necessary, so i'd advise using a pole on the floor, at an angle at the end of the long side. canter across in true canter, meet the pole just before the track before the corner. most horses will use lift they get from the pole to change instead of meeting the corner on the wrong leg. the canter needs to be very active and engaged, obviously.
if it's for dressage flying changes, it needs to be a lot more controlled! figure of 8s with simple change, gradually reducing the number of walk strides, is one way to do it.
