Meet pecan
and her friend Cashew
Any bunny advice greatly appreciated haven't had a bunny in about 20 years.
They are 2 girls who as far the rescue people know are about 10 weeks old, What age should they be spayed and vaccinated at?
They are hopefully going to be house rabbits and at the moment are settling into the spare bathroom mainly cos theres nothing in there that they can really damage while i bunny proof where they will be living normally, although as you can see by the mess they have rearranged the boxes and things to where they think they should be. I did buy them a proper bunny house but they seem to prefer the boxes and have kindly wee'd next to the litter tray... how do you teach them to go in the litter instead of next to it?
They've only been here half a day and already and seem to be settling in well and are getting curious about me and made my day when Pecan hopped over to say hello when i opened the door. I've just been sitting on the floor and letting them get used to me just being there chatting away to them. Is there anything else i can do to help them feel more confident and at home?
