Please meet Rupert. A 3 year old mix of something tiny.
He's going to be quite the character I think.
So far the stairs defy him. He loves his crate, a bit too much as he is resource guarding it from my grey.
Getting him outside takes some encouragement but once out he seems to grow in confidence.
I am teaching him peeing should be reserved for outside.
He likes you to wear him like a scarf, he is slowly learning to sit on the floor, not around my neck.
I'm keeping things calm while he learns to regulate his emotions a little. Here's hoping he settles well and doesn't dominate my large but sensitive grey too much.

ive got a tiny terrier who i got as a puppy and he didnt like peeing outside either, and if it was raining i had no chance so i made a shelter just outside the back door so the delicate little flower didnt get wet.. it took me quite a while to get him happy with doing everything outside and i wondered if the outside world scared him as i dont think his breeders ever put him outside so he thought it was ok to pee indoors.. he now goes outside even in the rain but doesnt stay long. yours looks very sweet, good luck with the house training...

Aww bless him, he is definitely a proper mixture of little woofs :)

Problem is with little dogs, they have a tendency to be treated like toys, rather than dogs. So carry on like you're doing and he will soon cotton on he is in fact a dog and not a scarf!! It will probably come as a relief to him.

He's settling down nicely.
My other dog is totally ignoring him and vice versa.
I thought he had a look of Papillion about him. He is meant to have Miniature Schnauzer in him but I cant see that myself.
He's very affectionate. A little scared of the outside world but coming along. I don't know much about him other than he was surrendered to a rescue centre for rehoming. No accidents in the house the last two days!

Yes, very cute.

He’s very cute.

Am fascinated how you managed to bypass the photobucket restrictions. I’ve just about given up on my account.

Before they introduced the restrictions, I'd paid for a year of no adverts, I can't remember how much it was but it was very cheap and it meant that when they introduced the restrictions, I was exempt as a subscriber. My credit card on which it was paid then got cancelled as I'd had attempted fraud, I didn't update my card and therefore it didn't renew. However I'm still able to use photobucket to host my pictures. Strange but true!
