I have made a new blog dedicated to her, (link in siggy), if anyone wants to read the basics about her. She is a total one-off & great fun & although capable of causing one to suffer a fairly serious sense of humour failure, we are already incredibly fond of her, as she has an awful lot of good points, if I'm honest!

Here's a couple of pics! (Remember, MD has only just started riding her!)

Feel free to make rude comments & for anyone about to ask 'Does or did MD do a lot of gymnastics?', the answer is yes, she did!
(We have tried beating it out of her with a big stick but all to no avail! If you don't 'get' this bit, you've obviously never done any gymnastics! lol)

And note the riding apparel - she has nice riding boots & lovely jodphurs & breeches, so what does she ride in.......muck boots & a pair of River Island jeans with diamante sparkly bits! Huh? (What would Jill & Rapide say? *gasp!*)

LOL at gymnastics, over here it is Irish dancing that offers the same posture!! But hey, who cares.. nice little pop in her and MD riding her nicely..

Yes, smelly old LBO still rules the roost of course!
Poor MD would've taken ANYTHING that had 4 legs & a head really but as it turns out, she's dropped onto something that is not actually too bad at all!
She LIKES the pony, which is always a good start....you can put up with an awful lot if you actually LIKE something! lol
 
Goodness yes, I spot the growth spurt too, fully illustrated by her gymnast poise

So glad to see you back JAK. Have missed your blog! Looking forward to hearing all about BB - she looks lovely, despite the 666!!
 
LBO generally avoids BB wherever possible, he views her as common, unruly & generally fairly unpleasant but then, you don't get to be a reasonably blemish free late 20 something year old by standing too close to things that are liable to kick your head in!

a) Well, we think she's sweet but the child that had her on loan for less than a week & now isn't sure she wants to ride again, (as in ever!), might disagree!
As would owner's other mare that BB had pinned up in a corner, double-barrelling her to within an inch of serious injury (cuts everywhere, lame for a week!)!

b) No! I bet you read them all, didn't you?
