I'm new to this site.
Rode from age eight. Got a 12.2 welshie, magpie, when I was 11. Added to my team with a 14 HH welsh x Arab x tb ( my darling girl, hence username! ), then two more on Loan. Was at a livery yard nr exeter then finally was lucky enough to have them all at home.
Did standard riding, pony club etc and horses were my life.
Uni etc took over and ponies all went to new homes loan/ sale.
Had five years of pregnancy and then a back problem.
My boys are now really starting to show an interest, so I looked into local stables hoping for lessons!
Not many places would take the three yr old ( he's the most horse mad!) so I started to consider livery and starting back properly in the mad world of horses by getting something we could all share!
I'm 31, 5 ft 3 and around 9 stone. Still thinking about that...!
That's where my return to riding story begins!!
Tomorrow we are going to a not quite so local yard who will teach us all! Boys first official half hour! I'm so excited!!
Anyway that's me. Didn't want to just jump in!
