Not much response in CR, so posting here as well.....

Just wondering whether anyone on here has used them.

I can't quite get my head around following instructions from someone when they can't see/don't know me or my horse, if you see what I mean. :o

What are they like to use and were they beneficial?

Thank you. :)

OMG - I just googled iRide. My EYES!!

Suspect you are talking about a different iRide - and one of which I have no experience, so can't help, I'm afraid

Not that I have any experience of the other one either!

Trust you to lower the tone of the place. When I googled it I didn't come up with anything risque, perhaps we have better security on our computer. :o

Thanks for the bump anyway. :)

To bring this back to topic, my old RI was trained by Isobel Wessels, so I thought some of the training may seem familiar compared to how I had been taught before. :)

They are v good, but you have to listen to them first (good on the bus). Doesn't matter that they don't know you/horse, they seem to have an answer for everything (the Alison Short ones anyway, those are the ones I have) and it doesn't matter whether you have short or long arena. Talks about balance and position a lot. Helps to keep me tidy and focused... Has anyone bought them and if so which ones other than the Alison Short ones do you recommend?
